When you submit an enquiry, Kaoqian Technology (Guangzhou) Co., Ltd. may collect your name, company, phone, email, requirements and referral data. A server-secret HMAC converts the network address into a truncated pseudonymous identifier for abuse prevention.

Purpose and retention

Enquiry data is retained for 365 days by default; robot logs for 180 days; operational and integration records for 90 days; audit records for 365 days; and isolated backups for 30 days. Earlier deletion may be requested. Limited information may be retained longer only where necessary for a contract, dispute or legal obligation.
